An electronic book can enable you to turn unwieldy manuals or documents into something that people can find what they want quickly and easily in. You can also update them, so people are always looking at the right edition and most current information, and of course there are no re-print costs or time involved in sending out supplements or addendum. Just update the manual on your intranet or web site and everyone using it has the most up-to-date information.
